Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of two hundred twenty six billion, seven hundred fifty five million, six hundred sixty five thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditure for the financial year 2007/2008.
