Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to amend the Uganda Revenue Authority Act—
(a) to modify the membership of the Board of Directors of the Uganda Revenue Authority; and
(b) to provide for the appointment, by the Board of Directors of the Uganda Revenue Authority, officers from the level of assistant commissioner of deputy head of department or higher.
