Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for the establishment of the Uganda National Health Research Organisation for policy and ethical guidelines and national coordination and regulation of health research, to provide for the composition, objects, functions, powers and administration of the Organisation; to bring the Uganda Virus Research Institute, Uganda Cancer Institute, Natural Chemotherapeutical Research Institute and the Tropical Disease Research Institute under the control and management of the Organisation and for other related matters.
