Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act, 2003 of a sum of one hundred twenty six billion three hundred twenty six million, one hundred fifty nine thousand shillings only to meet additional expenditures for the financial year 2003/2004.
