Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for supplementary appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund under section 16 of the Public Finance and Accountability Act 2003 of a sum of eighty five billion, seven hundred seventeen million, three hundred ninety three thousand shillings to meet additional expenditures for the first, second and third quarters of the financial year 2003/2004.
