Object of the Bill
The purpose of the Bill is to provide for the repeal of the Uganda Cement Corporation Decree, 1974 and to facilitate for dissolution of the Uganda Cement Corporation (UCC) and to vest the ownership of certain companies engaged in Cement Industry to the Government and former shareholders and to provide for other connected matters.
