Object of the Bill
The Bill seeks to establish a National Drug Policy and a National Drug Authority to ensure that essential, safe, efficacious and cost–effective drugs are made available to the entire population of Uganda. The Bill also seeks to provide for satisfactory health care and to safe-guard the appropriate use of drugs.
