Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to make provision in Uganda in relation to marine insurance and for other related matters. A contract of marine insurance is a contract by which the insurer undertakes to indemnify the assured, in a manner and to an extent agreed under the contract, against the losses incident to marine adventure.
