Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to provide for the use of movable property as collateral for credit; to provide for the creation and perfection of security interests; to provide for the rules for determining priority of claims among completing claimants; to provide for the registration of security interests in movable property by notices; to provide for a register of services interests in movable property; to provide for the enforcement of security interests, search of the register and for related matters.
