Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is to amend section 286 (2) of the Perim-clode Act, (Cap 120) to provide that mere possession of a deadly weapon at the time of or, immediately before or immediately after the time of robbery is sufficient to constitute robbery punishable by death.
