Object of the Bill
The object of this Bill is Inter alia to amend section 75 (2) (d) (Bail) of the Magistrates Courts Act (Cap 16) to provide that all offences under the Firearms Act, (Cap 299) punishable by more than ten years imprisonment are bailable only by the High Court.
