Object of the Bill
The Object of the Bill is to replace and reform the law relating to persons with disabilities and to operationalize Article 35 of the Constitution by providing for the respect and promotion of the fundamental and other human rights and freedoms of the persons with disabilities and for the non discrimination of persons with disabilities in education, health and employment amongst other aspects.
